Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with us by getting in touch. Please note that if you have already received your dispatched email this will not be possible. You can refuse the parcel or send it back to us as we will refund the order.
I want to change the billing address.
Once the order has gone through we are unable to change the billing address. If you have received your order confirmation, the order has gone through perfectly and you will not need to worry.
