How long are gift cards valid for?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months.
Can I exchange a gift card for cash?
This is no possible.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
You are able to write a personal note to go with your orchid. If you have missed this, not to worry. Contact us with the note you would like to leave and we will add this for you.
How do I ensure there is no price on my gift order?
Don't worry none of our orders have pricing within the packaging, all invoices will be received by email. So, they make the perfect gift!
