Where is my delivery?

Once your order is packed we will drop you an email with a tracking reference for you to follow. If you have not received the tracking email please check your spam folder. If the expected date has passed then get in touch.

My plant arrived damaged?

Oh no! We are sorry about this. Please get in contact with us with your order number and pictures and we will resolve your issue as soon as possible.

There are missing or incorrect items?

My tracking says delivered, but it's not there?

There are times when the tracking shows delivered but it is still on the way to you. In the meantime please double check the address information given or whether its with a neighbour.

Where's my order confirmation?

Sometimes our emails can end up in your junk box. Please check the following before contacting us: Is the email in your SPAM/Junk folder? Have you entered the correct email address on your order. If you still can't find it, get in touch.
