How long does shipping take?
Standard FREE deliveries to be with you 3-6 business days after your order. During busy periods this could take a little longer. Next day delivery and ordered by 1pm will take 1 business day.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will be sent an email with a tracking link. Click on that link to see where your order is.
Can I delay my order?
Realised someone will not be in? Please get in contact with us and we will see if there's still time to delay your parcel.
How can I change my shipping address?
Get in touch with us. We will do our best to assist you with the change, however as we are a small team, we can't promise we will see your message straight away so the change may not be possible.
How do I request to leave my parcel in a safe place?
Won't be in? That's fine. Follow the courier link in your dispatch email and request for your parcel to be left in a safe place.
